Online Gas Safety Course
This course provides critical knowledge of gas safety.
The 30 minute safety course is online and you can start the course at any time. When the final test is passed you will receive a diploma.
Facts about the online gas safety course:
- Suitable for maintenance and revitalization gas safety knowledge.
- Suitable for new employees, temporary workers or contractor personnel to acquire essential knowledge for gas safety.
- The course is based on the requirements of DSB* for competence and documentation according to the new regulations on the handling of pressurized substances.
- The course is available in both Norwegian and English.
- Individual web-based course with a final "exam".
- Duration approx. 30 min.
*DSB (Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning) requires that:
‘Any person who designs, constructs, manufactures, installs, operates, alter, repair, maintain or control the equipment and facilities used in the handling of dangerous substances, should have the necessary expertise. The same applies to anyone who handles hazardous substance beyond that intended for their personal use.’
